Additional background and experience:

Adebisi began her career in HR consulting, supporting companies in their affirmative action reporting as well as designing and executing inclusion and diversity training. As a young lawyer, Adebisi guided her clients through complex litigation while continuing to train on inclusion and diversity and investigating complaints of harassment and discrimination. As an executive, she helped a company more than double in size by growing locally, expanding nationally, and becoming more effective and efficient, both internally and as a service provider.
